RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING
We select and recruit personnel as per the specific requirement of our clients. We give those two weeks of basic training, the basic training to Drill, PT, Documentation, Traffic Control, Prevention of Fire Fighting, First Aid, Reporting, Standing Orders for security personnel.
Recruitment takes place from the point when a business decides that it needs to employ somebody up to the point where a pile of completed application forms has arrived in the post. Selection then involves choosing an appropriate candidate through a range of ways of sorting out suitable candidates leading to interviews and other tests. Training involves providing a range of planned activities that enable an employee to develop the skills, attitudes and knowledge required by the organisation and the work required.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Our three tier training programme consists of:
1. Basic Induction Course.
2. On the job training.
3. Refresher Courses – Classroom courses and on the job training.
Training and development is a function of human resource management concerned with organizational activity aimed at bettering the performance of individuals and groups in organizational settings. It has been known by several names, including "human resource development", and "learning and development"
BASIC INDUCTION COURSE
We have 10 days stringent training schedule covering under mentioned aspects of security business:
Visitor handling.
Maintenance of Records.
Etiquettes and Gestures.
Turnout / Uniform.
Crisis Management.
Emergency Procedures.
Key Management.
First Aid.
Fire Safety etc.
SUPERVISION AND CONTROL
This function forms an important part of our Organisationl Structure. We understand the importance of alertness and agility in handling various kinds of security situations. That apart, our 24x7 Control Centre ensures that all emergencies are effectively brought under control. We have put a 3-tier Supervision System for Security Personnel. There is a round the Clock Security Control Room equipped with Crisis Management Teams to respond for any kind of emergency.
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION OF GUARDS
We follow very stringent recruitment norms. All our security officers and Guards must meet“Reference Check” criteria. The minimum qualification for a Guard is matriculate and for Security Officers Graduation. We screen not just the service records but also get an antecedent verification done and trained ensure that our guards are alert and prepared for any kind of contingencies.
Our selection procedures are benchmarked against the best in the global security industry. All our guards, irrespective of their background and qualification, have to clear an internal written examination. Thereafter they are interviewed twice; first by the supervisor and then unit manager, before being finally inducted.
